Arian Foster Injures Groin-May Need Surgery. Will miss time.
Arian Foster sinks fantasy teams already foolish enough to take a risk on him (count me in as one such fool-for example with the 1.12 pick in the recent Pros vs Joes FFPC Challenge). He injured his groin and the word on the street is survey is required and he may be out 6-8 weeks or longer. The Texans could place him on PUP and keep him out 8 weeks of the regular season and then bring him back week 10 after the Houston bye in week 9.
Draft implications-Foster loses almost half of his FF points in 2015. Drop him to RB35
Draft Alfred Blue as his immediate replacement. Chris Polk might sneak in there too or another vet. Watch this carefully over the next few days or weeks.

Which incoming rookie are you most looking forward to watching this preseason?
Amari Cooper. What's not to love: 4.4 speed, 4th overall draft pick paired with a young, up-and-coming quarterback in Derek Carr. Cooper runs a great route and has the pro level experience most rookies lack. Think OBJ but with da Raiders. I am excited about his possibilities!

What To Watch in Training Camps (ATL thru MIA)
I will put the favorite first.
AZ-RB battle-Andre Ellington vs David Johnson. Johnson may be more of a third down back but if he shows flash and Ellington gets hurts…..
ATL- RBBC? Tevin Coleman vs Devonte Freeman
BAL WR1? Steve Smith vs Breshad Perriman vs Kamar Aiken vs Marion Brown vs ?
BUF QB? EJ Manuel, Matt Cassel or Tyrod Taylor
CAR Does Kelvin Benjamin have a rookie slump? Offseason hammy issues and overweight for OTAs does not bode well
CHI Does Kevin White make an impression in a Marc Tressman offense?
CIN Does Tyler Eifert breakout?
CLE RB? Isaiah Crowell, rookie Duke Johnson or Terrence West. The Browns are going to run a lot.
DAL Who is the RB who gets all the carries? Joseph Randle or Darren McFadden
DEN How does a Gary Kubiac Offense effect Peyton Manning and Emmanuel Sanders? Is CJ Anderson the real deal?
DET RB Joique Bell vs Ameer Abdullah
GB Jordy Nelson or Randall Cobb or does Devante Adams move up
HOU QB? Brian Hoyer or Ryan Mallett and now with Arian Foster injury-watch battle between Alfred Blue and Chris Polk for the starting RB job.
IND New Additions Andre Johnson and Frank Gore-how do they mesh?
JAX Does Blake Bortles take a step up with TJ Yeldon at RB and Allen Robinson back to receive?
KC Will a WR ever score a TD? Does J. Maclin fit in?
MIA Which new pass catcher steps up with Tannehil. Jordan Cameron looks like a great fit since MIA used their TE Clay a ton last year. Rookie Devante Parker has great talent. Vet Greg Jennings joins the Dolphins from MIN and hot shot Kenny Stills comes over from NO.

NFFC Does it Again with Great $100 off Offer through Fanduel.com
Here's the deal for 2015: By depositing $50 into your current or new Fanduel account, you will automatically receive a $100 discount off ANY NFFC event. It's as easy as that.
If you are a new user and don't have a Fanduel account, just click on the green box that says "Claim Now." Once you put $50 into this new account the NFFC will be notified and the NFFC will take $100 off ANY NFFC team in 2015. Easy enough.
If you already have a Fanduel account, just follow these steps:
1) Make a deposit of $50 or more
2) Email kyle@fanduel.com to request the discount
3) You'll get $100 taken off your NFFC purchase
I did this the last two years and I am doing it again this year. Take advantage of this great deal!
The NFFC does not begin charging for NFFC events until Aug. 1st, so they have plenty of time to take the $100 off your bill before any charges are made. If you sign up for this discount after they've already charged the entry you wanted discounted they'll send a check for $100 to your mailing address. Simple enough.
Fanduel.com will also be live in Las Vegas on Sept. 9-12 at the Bellagio to meet NFFC customers and to be part of the NFL Viewing Party on Thursday Night. They are sponsoring the NFFC Thursday Night party in an Executive Penthouse Suite at the Bellagio, so come and join them and the NFFC for that NFL Opener. Food and drink will be provided to everyone FREE. And they'll be involved in promoting their weekly contest this year that is sure to have a big, big grand prize and even offer some weekly NFFC/Fanduel contests that will include entries into the 2016 NFFC Classic or Primetime. Should be fun.
This is another benefit to NFFC owners and one that will save each of you money. This baseball season, the N had 580 owners who took advantage of this offer, saving $58,000, and we expect an even higher number in the NFFC. We're proud to be working with Fanduel.com and saving everyone $100 if they choose to participate in this offer. Win money with us and win money in the daily games with Fanduel.com. It doesn't get any better than that.
And kudos to Fanduel for allowing returning Fanduel members to receive the $100 off. Not every DFS company does that. Some only give discounts to new users, but Fanduel is allowing ALL NFFC MEMBERS to benefit from this discount. It really is a worthy promotion to NFFC's great customers, so take advantage of it.
