This year I am in "just" 13 leagues... six are "active" leagues involving day-to-day roster management (adds/drops, lineup changes etc). Seven leagues are "draft and forget" or Draft Master/Draft Expert Leagues which require no additional work as the teams I drafted are fixed (no adds/drops, trades/waivers etc) and the computer optimizes my lineup each week.

Jamaal Charles. The guy has no where to go but up after his slow recovery from an ACL tear. He gets week 5 off with a bye and can step into the lead back role now that Spencer Ware has fumbled in each of the last three games. Time for Charles to shine!

Jordan Reed. Not that he has set the FF world on fire (16 catches, 190 yards receiving) but he has been consistent. I do not think this will last much longer. He will continue to see double coverage while Cousins spreads the ball around to a talented Redskin WR group and several TEs including Niles Paul and a resurgent Vernon Davis. Throw in the always potent threat of injury that Reed seems to constantly flirt with and you have a Top 5 TE that is on the downslope in 2016.

There were a number of injuries in Week 2. Pick one backup who you believe will become a significant fantasy player due to those injuries, and say why.

Jerick McKinnon is my choice as the heir apparent to the Vikings RB position from an injured AP. Adrian Peterson is likely out for months if not the entire regular season. There is some chance of Matt Asiata assuming the role of primary RB but the split is more likely 65/35 in favor of McKinnon. McKinnon has the better YPC and is the rising star. Asiata will definitely be the goal line vulture but over time I believe McKinnon will show why he should, dare I say it, replace Peterson in 2017.  Worse things could happen to the Vikes than giving McKinnon his lion share of the carries in a run first offense with a rejuvenated Sam Bradford at QB.
