Ask the Expert: Which new QB starter in week 7 has the most fantays relevance?

Several backup quarterbacks are likely to become starters soon -- some in Week 7, some probably not long after that. Which one of these soon-to-be-starters do you think will have the most fantasy relevance, and why?

With reference to the backup quarterbacks soon to be starters, to quote a famous movie, "the list is long, but distinguished".

Recap: Carson Palmer, Tim Tebow, John Beck, Christian Ponder, Charlie Whitehurst and just for fun lets include Matt Moore who started in week 6 and A.J. Feely who will start this week for Sam Bradford by all indications. Feely and Whitehurst are temporary QBs, not long term starters. Ponder and Moore are about equal-good guys on bad teams. Beck and Palmer have some potential , but lack chemistry with their receiving weapons. Winner by a large margin is Tebow. Look for 2000 yards passing, 15 TDs and as many INTs. Add to that 500 yards rushing and 5 rushing TDs and you have 200 fantasy points in most standard 4 pt per pass TD leagues. If Tebow is not available (and he shouldn't be), grab Palmer since he will not be looking over his shoulder like John Beck will.
