Ask the Expert Question: Any value in teams who play musical RB (WAS, NE, etc)?

Several teams (Washington, New England, perhaps some others) are playing musical running backs of late. Is there value to be drawn from any one player in the NFL's most uncertain backfields, or should fantasy coaches just avoid those situations entirely?

I Think of it this way..."Beggars can't be choosers". If you are hurting at RB due to injuries or this last bye week (Mendy, AF, Sproles and Thomas owners); you may have to turn to whomever you have stashed on your roster (by the way the 4th bye week team is IND, another team that currently plays this RB shuffle). If you can avoid it, stay away from these situations as it can seriously ruin your outlook on life (and force you to doubt your FF wisdom). Take it from someone who started Torrain when Helu went big and vice-versa .

I love fantasy football almost as much as the real thing. What I really look forward to though is Sunday. As a DISH customer/employee I have the NFL RedZone…this is great for ANY football fan, and absolutely essential for a fantasy football enthusiast. RedZone shows every touchdown from every game on Sunday afternoon, and not only that, has an in-channel fantasy tracker to make following your players and updating stats a snap.

I agree totally. And with NFL Package you can also enter your FF players and see a message at the bottom of the scereen when they do something significant. How great is that!
