Ask the Expert Question: Which of these passers--Luck, RG3, Wilson and Kaepernick will be the best fantasy QB in 2013, and beyond?

Young quarterbacks are putting up strong numbers around the league. Which of these passers -- Luck, Griffin, Wilson, Kaepernick, someone else -- do you believe will be the best fantasy quarterback in 2013, and beyond?

The key is beyond 2013. RG3 and Andrew Luck are my choices. RG3 is my first choice. Yes he is an injury risk with his running style but I think he will tone it down over the next few years. I see him with goal line carries and mad dashes; just not silly, risky running plays—more slides midfield. Next is Andrew Luck who has a lower expected PPG but also represents more consistency due to his experience and OL. Both have some good young WRs to work with over  the next few years.
