Looks like a great deal for PHI. They give up a 5th round pick for former 1st rounder (9th overall in 2006) Ernie Simms...his injury plague last year aside, he could be a steal for the eagles. And now DEN has a huge TE gap. Guess we know what the draft may bring them.
Scheffler is the last of the terrible threesome (Cutler, Marshall and Scheffler) who did not seem to appreciate Josh McDaniels coaching style.
