Fantasy Sports Writers Association Announces Hall Of Fame Finalists

FSWA announces 2014 Hall of Fame finalists

The FSWA Hall of Fame Selection committee has picked a list of 12 finalists to be considered for the 2014 class. Finalists were announced this week on Sirius XM Fantasy.

The Selection Committee is gathering additional information on each finalist and plans to meet once more to select up to three members of this year’s class. The announcement is expected to be made on Sirius XM Fantasy sometime in early October. A ceremony is planned for January at the 2015 FSTA Winter Conference in Las Vegas.

2014 FSWA Hall of Fame finalists (alphabetical order)…
Ian Allen (Fantasy Index)
Joe Bryant (Football Guys)
Paul Charchian (Fanball)
Jeff Erickson (Rotowire)
Jason Grey (Mastersball & ESPN)
Tony Holm (FantasySharks & MyFantasyLeague)
John Hunt (USA Today and LABR creator)
Chris Liss (Rotowire)
Alex Patton
Matthew Pouillot (NBC Rotoworld)
Dave Richard (CBS Sports)
Brendan Roberts (ESPN & The Sporting News)

What an outstanding group of fantasy sports writers-the committee will have a hard time picking just three from this class. I have worked with many of the finalists and look forward to their induction into the FSWA HOF.
