Major Fantasy Football News From the Past Week


If you have been asleep at the wheel or just vacationing in Glacier National Park (why go on vacation for a week before the start of the NFL season you ask… I know I know) for the past week. Here is a quick get up to speed post.

Wes Welker DEN WR has been suspended for 4 games and has concussion issues
Josh Gordon is suspended for 1 year
SF LB Aldon Smith is suspended for 4 games
Kyle Orton is the backup QB to EJ Manuel in BUF
Santonio Holmes has a role in CHI as there WR3?
Surprise cuts-R Williams DAL RB, S Hill WR NYJ, D Thomas MIA RB, J Boyce NE WR, N Burleson CLE WR
HOU traded for Ryan Mallet who is the QB2 now
