The playoffs start in most leagues, this week or next. Which one player do you believe will be the key to a lot of fantasy championships over the next three or four weeks, and why?
Aaron Rodgers is so amazing at QB that I cannot imagine having anyone else for a playoff run. MJD has shown a glimpse of the old top 5 RB in the past few weeks. He could be a difference maker. So if I could pick a dream team: Rodgers, Arian Foster, MJD, Wes Welker, Calvin Johnson, Greg Jennings and Rob Gronkowski.

Hey, great info! As a Denver fan I’m a little worried about this Bears game Sunday, and I also have Tebow on my Fantasy team, which has really helped me quite a bit the last five weeks or so, but I just don’t think Tebow’s patented fourth quarter magic is going to work in Chicago…he may need to actually show up and perform the entire game. Week 14 is, as you said, my League’s first week in the playoffs, so I guess I’ll have to wait and see. I picked up the NFL RedZone channel through my DISH service as a customer and employee last year, and it is SUCH an improvement over having to keep my laptop fired up while I watch the game. RedZone has a pretty sweet in-channel fantasy stats tracker, so I’ll keep it in my PIP and toggle back and forth when the Broncos are slowing down…but any thoughts on a decent online stats tracker? I sometimes work on Sundays so I’d like a good real-time site to stay abreast of things on my break with. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
Great post...I would probably roll the dice with Vincent Jackson or Antonio Brown(instead of Wes Welker). I would also favor Marshawn Lynch, Chris Johnson, and Lesean McCoy over Maurice Jones-Drew.
I would also add the Tennessee defense to your list. They have great match-ups in weeks 15 and 16 (though not this week).
Hi Elias...if your fantasy team is in one of the Yahoo Leagues, you can use Stattracker...ESPN leagues also have something equivalent that you can use.
Elias
Anthony is correct. Yahoo has stat tracker which used to cost extra but has been included in the free leagues the past few years. ESPN has something simular. Myfantasyleague has a great live scoring function too.
Think about apps for your smartphone and I devices. I have a yahoo fantasy 2011 app for my Itouch. Be carefull with stat tracker because I have seen it lag roster changes before.
Anthony,
I can see your thinking with Antonio Brown especialy after his 5-151 and a TD Thursday but take away the long fluke TD and he was 4-72...that is more predictive of his perf going forward. Really like CJ going forward too. I am a bit shy of "Shady" McCoy going forward simply becayse he has not looked that good the past month. H always gets a TD to help his stats but his YPC is down a worrying stat.
Hey thanks for helping. I have a tough WR situation ths week. I have Harvin, AJ Green, D-Bowe, Torrey Smith, and Eric Decker. I'm stuck on wether to play Decker or Bowe. Also, I drafted McFadden so I have had trouble getting a # 2 RB I have Frank Gore and then should I start Ryan Grant or pick up Chris Ivory from the free agents. Thanls a lot
Anonymous,
Week 15 is a tough one due to all the injuries and suspensions (thanks Fred Davis) but lets start with your RB#2. Definitely start Ryan Grant. He should have 50 yards rushing and a shot at a TD. Chris Ivory is close to the same thing but just a little less (40 yards). Grant also should have a few catches which Ivory will not since D Sproles fills that role. So Grant in all leagues and especially PPR leagues.
WR...Again in all leagues (non PPR and PPR) go with Dwayne Bowe (I like him for 6-60). Decker is limited by the reemergence of Demaryious Thomas the former Yellow Jacket WR who looks attached to Tebow at the hip. I predict Eric Decker has a 4 for 40 kind of day.
