LYNCHBURG, VA. – March 18, 2009 – Sam Hendricks, author of Fantasy Football Guidebook: Your Comprehensive Guide to Playing Fantasy Football, joins the illustrious ranks of the Fantasy Sports Writers Association (FSWA). This great achievement comes on the heels of Fantasy Football Guidebook being named one of the Top 4 fantasy football books of all time according to RotoNation.com. In addition, the National Best Books 2008 Awards, sponsored by USA Book News, announced Fantasy Football Guidebook as a finalist in sports of THE NATIONAL “BEST BOOKS” 2008 AWARDS (NBBA) on October 20, 2008.


To be accepted into the Fantasy Sports Writers Association, writers must have at least one (1) year of experience as a fantasy sports writer and must have a body of work that includes a minimum of four (4) published articles in any of the following media outlets: internet, magazine or newspaper. In addition, nominees must abide by and conform to the FSWA Code of Ethics. Writers are approved for membership by the FSWA Executive Committee.
