2009 Fantasy Football Draftbook Expert League

Ok time to look at another team of mine from an Experts Draft. Today I look at my Fantasy Football Draftbook Expert team. It was a 16 player roster, with 11 other experts including Lou Tranquilli from http://www.bfd.com/,
David Gerczak from http://www.theffpc.com/, Emil Kadlec and Nathan Zegura among others. You can find the entire draft along with my rankings in the 2009 Fantasy Football Draftbook magazine

12 Experts particapated in early June in this draft. Each team drafts 16 players to form a starting roster of 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF and one flex player either RB/WR or TE.

Overall: I elected to forgo a QB2, TE2, K2 and Def2 in order to stockpile RBs and WRs. I think both RB and WR is strong and QB will do as long as Donovan stays healthy ( a big if for sure). I will make some FA moves to add a QB, TE, K and Defense on their alternating bye weeks.
Week 8 will be a problem with both my TE and K on a bye but that is a long way off.

Best picks: Fred Taylor in 10th. I think he will get some touches at NE.

Regrets: I would have liked another QB but instead went with a handcuff for Larry Johnson.
