I always try and go 3 starting QBs, TEs, Kickers and DEF in these 28 man rosters. Start 1/2/2/1/1/1+2 flex. TEs get 1.5 PPR and active scoring (i.e KR and PR TDs). I have 3 possibly 4 starting RBs (Ben Tate has recently become more of a question mark). TE is strong. WR is weak but I have stockpiled and hope to hit a HR with Harry Douglas or a CLE WR.
