NFL Free Agency

So what's the deal with free agency?

The NFL Free Agency starts on 11 March but there is a negotiating period 3 days prior on 8 March.

Of course teams still need to sign contracts with players, etc., but it looks as if the following teams will have money to spend. Whether they do that or not is of course up to the management staff.

Teams with plenty of Cap Room
OAK
NYJ
IND
JAX
CLE
