Final NFL Mock Draft 2014 Version 9.0


My take on the NFL Draft (version 9.0) now that we have entered the draft week. I think this will be my last forecast but if something drastic happens between now and Thursday night-I will blog version 10.0.
     
1 HOU                      Jadeveon Clowney DE (I think they take Clowney or trade down but do not take a QB here)


2 STL (from WAS)  Greg Robinson      OT (I had Sammy Watkins here for some time but now I think they will either trade down or take Robinson or Jake Mathews OT)


3 JAX                        Johnny Manziel     QB (Why I do not know but the Jags pull the trigger and take the first QB of the 2014 draft; ok I do know why-its all about the money)


4 CLE                      Sammy Watkins    WR (the Browns wanted Johnny Football, there fans will be glad they "only" got Watkins) 


5 OAK                      Khalil Mack          OLB (OAK decides to wait for their QB of the future)



6 ATL                    Jake Mathews         OT  (Or Taylor Lewan either fills a need)


7 TB                        Mike Evans            WR


8 MIN                     Terry Bridgewater  QB (Norv Turner knows his QBs-he might take Blake Bortles QB)


9 BUF                     Anthony Barr         OLB


10 DET                  Justin Gilbert          CB (Best player on the board here)
11 TEN                   Blake Bortles         QB (Looked great in pro day-TEN hoped some QB would fall to them here)


12 NYG                  C. J. Mosley           OLB 


13 STL                     Calvin Pryor            FS  (I expect the Rams to trade down here and get a S or WR later)


14 CHI                    Aaron Donald        DT

15 PIT                   Taylor Lewan           OT (OT are going fast)






16 DAL                 Bradley Roby            CB


17 BAL                 Zack Martin             OT (MIA could trade up with DAL to take Martin with 16th pick)


18 NYJ                 Marqise Lee             WR  (Geno Smith or Mike Vick needs help, Eric Decker needs another WR too)


19 MIA               Carlos Hyde              RB (MIA wanted one of the top OTs and may trade up to get their man; if not they will settle for Hyde)


20 ARI                   Derek Carr           QB (CLE could trade up to get Carr before AZ, say a trade with MIA or NYJ)


21 GB                   Eric Ebron              TE (Best TE on draft day falls to the Pack)


22 PHI               Ryan Shazier           OLB


23 KC                Odell Beckham         WR (need WR help in KC) 


24 CIN               Darqueze Dennard    CB 


25 SD                   Kyle Fuller            CB (Va Tech player brings a lot to the table)


26 CLE               Kelvin Benjamin       WR (Best player on board for Browns; Hope to snap up Tre Mason RB in 2nd round)


27 NO                 Stephon Tuitt            DT (Best player on board)


28 CAR               Brandin Cooks          WR (Some WR help for Cam)


29 NE                  DeMarcus Lawrence  DE (Pats need DL help)


30 SF                    Ha Ha Clinton-Dix   FS


31 DEN               Louis Nix                   NT


32 SEA                Xavier Su'a-Filo       OG (or Austin Seferian-Jenkins          TE -Washington prospect fills TE need too)
