Fantasy Football Guidebook: WR Top 116 Fantasy Football Rankings

First some thoughts on why they have changed since the last time I posted them:
-AJ Green and CIN seems to be more run oriented so I took him down a spot below Dez Bryant
-I still like Andre Johnson and Larry Fitz at 11 and 14 but wait on them in drafts a bit-they are slipping to the late 3rd and early 4th and are bargain there.
-Michael Floyd is getting lots of love but I still cannot put him ahead of LF as some are doing
-Dwayne Bowe and Kendal Wright leap frog up a bit
-Moved N Burleson down 20 spots-peer pressure-still love him as a sleeper/breakout pick in CLE but you can get him much later in drafts-20th rd?
-Moved James Jones up a bit-someone has to catch the balls in OAK
-Moved Marqise Lee down due to injuries
-Juggled CLE WRs Andrew Hawkins, Miles Austin-what a mess
